Any information submitted to All-Star Gemstones, will not be shared, sold, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or to address a customer service request. Your privacy is our upmost concern.

All content, including text, images, photographs, descriptions, data and other material is provided by All-Star Gemstones as a service to the our online clients in the website and it is an exclusive property of same.  All content in our website is copyright protected to All-Star Gemstones. Usage of this web data does not give you ownership right in its content.

Our Products:
All-Star Gemstone Sales, offers you some of the very best GENUINE colored gemstones for sale to our valued e-commerce customers. You will not find any artificial, lab created or extra-treated stones, unless that treatment is an explicitly accepted treatment for that gemstone, is otherwise noted, or not known to our business before a sale to our client. We will make every effort to provide you with as much information as we have for each of our products. However, All-Star Gemstones, will not be responsible for typographical errors in this site. Pictures of gemstones are presented for reference purposes only. We can’t guarantee an exact 100% match of color with the gem displayed. This is due to technical differences that might occur with different computer screens, or light sources used when capturing the photograph.

Price and Ordering:
All prices shown on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars. In addition to the price for goods and services,  All-Star Gemstones,  will add charges for shipping and handling as well as any sales tax (where required by law) to all orders. All-Star Gemstones reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on any product offered on the website without incurring any obligation to our clients. Products displayed on this website are available while supplies last. All-Star Gemstones, reserves the right to reject any order request, on any item, and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.

Our Return Policy:
1. In order to return a gemstone purchased by you via All-Star Gemstones online you must contact us via email and ask for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) request form. After you finish filling out the form, send it back to us by email. We will then send you the final confirmation and the exact instructions for the return.
 

2. Please note that our return policy applies only when the shipment of an item is first accepted by the customer, via a signature required on delivery.  If the customer refuses or does not accept the delivery of goods from All-Star Gemstones, the customer can not apply for an Authorized Return and will therefore be liable to any damage or services incurred upon the parcel. We strongly advise to accept the shipment in any case, and, if needed, to follow the return procedure in order to obtain a safe and smooth process.
 

3. After getting the confirmation and shipping instructions from All-Star Gemstones, you must ship us back the goods in the exact same condition you received them. Returned goods should be secured carefully in the parcel. Customer must insure the returned parcel by themselves at the exact purchase value specified on the original purchase invoice. If, for any reason, All-Star Gemstones, does not receive your returned parcel, or we receive the parcel without the returned goods, we will not honor your return request and your money will not be refunded.
 

4. The returned parcel must carry a postmark dated no later than 28 days from the day it first arrived to our customer hands via signature required acceptance.
 

5. Gemstones that were damaged, treated, put to set or altered in any way from its original condition will not be accepted for return and there will be no refund. All tags on any jewelry sent back for return must still be attached as originally received. Any alteration to such jewelry tags will void the return of requested monies.
 

6. The gemstone or jewelry case must be returned in the same case it was shipped in or a surcharge minimum of ten ($10) US dollars will be deducted from the clients refund.
 

7. After receiving authorized returned goods and confirming their original condition you will get a full refund of your purchase price, less a five (5%) percent of purchase price restocking fee. Also, please note that shipping, insurance and payment process fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Changes and Amendments to Policy Agreement:
All-Star Gemstones, reserves the right to change and amend these polices from time- to-time without notice to our clients. Such changes and amendments shall become effective immediately upon posting them on our website. Your continued use of the All-Star Gemstones, website after the posting of changes and amendments shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any revisions or additions.

Termination of Agreement:

This agreement shall remain in force and effective from January, 2012 until terminated by All-Star Gemstones.

All-Star Gemstones shall have the right to terminate these gemstone and jewelry offerings at our sole discretion and may terminate operation of the website at anytime without any liability to the client whatsoever.
